  1. The graphics in this post were so helpful. To be honest if this was written all in words, I wouldn’t have the patience to get through it all. As it was, it was a great informational piece. I delete e-mails at a rapid pace without opening them. I always end up with about 5 that I keep. Thanks for letting me know WHY I kept those e-mails to read later!
