Walk the walk

The power of consistency

So many of us talk the talk, but how many of us really walk the walk?

In this short video today I’m going to be talking about the power of consistency.

I’m all about walking the talk.

Majority of people in this world, they will talk and talk and talk and talk, but they don’t walk and walk and walk and walk.

There’s no action that takes place.

It’s so easy for us as human beings to talk about anything.

But when it comes to actually taking action on that anything, that’s where we separate the 99% of the population from the 1%.

Are you the 1%?

Are you the person that actually gets out there and does what they say they’re going to do?

Because most won’t.

Walking the talk is all about that.

Being consistent with that is what’s even more crucial.

Once you’ve decided and you’ve made a decision to take action on something, whether it be getting fit, whether it be beginning a brand new business, whether it be eating healthier.

Whatever it is, this is what happens in most cases:

People will start whatever the thing is, and if they don’t see a result within a few days or a few months or even a few years, what do they do they give up.

And this is what’s really important to understand.

Success is built over time.

It is the simple, easy, mundane decisions that we make every single day, that we take action on, that lead us to the result that we want.

And there’s no time frame on that.

This is where people fall short, they put a time stamp on whatever it is that they want to achieve.

If they don’t see it within that time frame, they give up.

There’s no time stamp, there’s no time frame on getting a result.

If you are willing to pay the price, and this is also key, you have to be willing to pay the price to get what you want or you will quit.

You will quit.

Are you willing to pay the price for your success in anything that you’re doing?

In your business, in your personal life, in your relationship, in your health.

Whatever it is that you’re doing, if you have a goal, are you willing to pay the price because if you’re not, you shouldn’t even begin because you’re going to quit.

Realize that it’s consistent action over time that’s going to lead you to your result.

Consistency.

You can’t just work out one day a week and expect this astronomical result.

You can’t start an online business and have an incomeΒ  goal of $10,000 a month and not put in any work.

Not take action on the things that you’re learning.

Or not even look at the product that you’re learning from to begin with.

So many of us talk the talk but how many of us really walk the walk?

Not many…

And that’s what I’m here to really throw upon you today that it is the power of consistency.

If you are consistent in what you’re doing every single day, you will get the result that you want.

But it’s going to take time.

Are you willing, are you willing to get knocked in the teeth and fall down and get back up again and keep fighting?

Are you willing to do that?

That’s what this is all about and doing it every single day towards your result.

I’ll leave you with this:

If you’re not willing to keep looking for the light, even in the darkest of places without stopping, even when it seems impossible, you will not succeed.

It’s in the moments of our decisions that our destiny is shaped.

  1. Hi Alesha, without consistency, there is no game to play. We must be willing to play the game to the end with massive action, unbreakable faith, without retreat. Awesome video… pure value and tips. Hugs and blessings.

  2. Hello. This is Walter again. I am going to be the hardest to get started on this program because I am so poor. At this time in my life I am about to lose everything I have. Like my home is the biggest thing and much more. I am going to need a lot of help to get started. I really want to do this so bad but I am so lost. Because there is so much learning to do.

    1. We understand Walter, alot of the greatest success stories in history come from people who were at rock bottom as the only way is up. The key is taking things one step at a time and following the instructions without getting over whelmed. We never stop learning and as time goes on and you progress forward, things will start to feel less foreign. Your desire to make this work is what is going to carry you through.
