The Tony Robbins interview with Frank Kern and John Reese on the traits of action takers
Two multi millionaire minds Frank Kern and John Reese chat with Tony Robbins about a massive problem that is plaguing the marketing industry.

There was a study done that showed that over 70% of people who bought products and services online never actually do anything with them.

The answer that Tony Robbins reveals is FEAR.

Frank says people will buy a product or service to escape their reality for a moment and feel like they have made progress.
Tony points out that the first step of making the decision and buying the product is implemented but then the second step of following through doesn’t happen.
John points out that people will typically have to hit rock bottom to realize that their “should” needs to become their “must”.
Majority of people don’t have their backs against the wall yet, they are in the desire state but they aren’t in the state where they’ll do whatever it takes.
John Reece was the first person in history to make one million dollars online in 24 hours.
He states that the feeling of this was euphoria and it wasn’t even about the money, describing it as breaking through another barrier of progress.
Tony explains for people who’s lives are already ok or great, what if they thought about how they could take on another skill and create more freedom for their life?
Deciding to do something consciously for a period of time to get in a state where you will follow through.
1. People follow through when they’re in state.
2. Get clear of why this is a “must” for them.
Making progress over time and reaching a goal.
Feeding your mind consciously every day so that you will follow through, creating a ritual doing a little bit each day and then you gain momentum.
The most important thing of all is what you start out with: WHY.
The only difference between successful people and average people is HUNGER.
You have to be hungry for it, if you’re not, get around people who are and you soon will be.
People can change their standards by getting around what’s better.
Tony says the holy grail of whether someone will take action or not is one word: CERTAINTY.
The “maybe it will” or “maybe it wont” mentality is what kills people.
Tony illustrates that most people have a belief about what their potential is no matter what you tell them.
That affects how much action they take.
That affects the result and ironically reinforces their belief.
It’s poisonous and self fulfilling.
Get yourself in a state of certainty and you’ll tap your into your full potential, taking massive action, getting great results and repeating the cycle progressing forward – momentum.
This is why the rich keep getting richer and the poor keep getting poorer.
How do you produce certainty when the world isn’t giving it to you?
Get results in your head that made you feel certain as if it had already happened.
What your mind focuses on is what you will manifest.
Tony shares a powerful exercise with John and Frank that demonstrates seeing a result in advance and realizing that we have unconscious beliefs without being aware of them.
Envisioning what you want.
Most people don’t realize that execution is everything but it doesn’t happen if you don’t get the psychology set in a state of total certainty.
Not thinking about how you’re going to do something but seeing the result that you want so vividly that you create it.
Reinforcing your potential, reinforcing your action, creating the result and scaling up the next result.
Tony explains that we are defined by our rituals of what we do each day.
Skeptical and pessimistic people are what Tony describes as “gutless”.
It takes no guts to be skeptical, you don’t have to have any capacity to be a critic.
It takes guts to believe.
And if you think someone’s going to do it for you without you putting your guts on the line you may’s well forget it right now.
Skeptical people that think they need to be shown that something will work before they buy it, is fear talking.
They are so scared of failing and you don’t want to get their hopes up and get disappointment.
Disappointment let’s people destroy them or drive them.
You get to choose.
The people who are relentless find a way to make it work and continue to figure it out.
